Q. How does the process work?
A. Just complete and submit the form. Once we receive the form we will review and contact you as soon as possible to arrange a visit.

Q. Do you pay market value?
A. Any offer you receive would be an amount discounted from the retail value of your house if it was fully renovated. Investors are professional home buyers who buy homes below market value for a profit.

Q. How do you determine the price you will offer for my house
A. Considerations include the condition of the house and the extent and cost of renovations required, the time required to complete the renovations, and the repaired value of the house when compared to houses in the same area. As well as the costs of insurance, utilities, taxes, loan payments incurred to buy the house, and maintenance costs while the house is being renovated and offered for sale.

A. Yes, we buy condos, townhouses and even duplexes, triplexes and multi-tenant buildings.
